Stage Management Outline

The Stage Manager (hereafter SM) is the ‘boss’ of the show once it is up and running. Only the Director and the Production Manager may override the SM in extreme show circumstances. The SM ensures the smooth running of ALL aspects of the Production, from the first read through of the script with the cast to the final performance and post-production tasks.
