About the facilitator: Michelle Constant has worked in print, radio and TV for over a decade and is currently CEO of BASA (Business and Arts South Africa). She produced ‘Create’ - arts, culture and heritage - radio inserts for the BASA broadcast on SAFM. In 2004 she was named Arts Journalist of the Year by the Arts and Culture Trust and was also a finalist for a Mondi Award for her writing. Her company, Constant Media has scripted and produced radio commercials, as well as award winning radio and TV documentaries. She has done training for community stations and Rhodes University journalism students and presented an IFAS training series on arts and culture journalism for community stations around the country.
